Education Programs
The non-profit organization, Grow Food Northampton, Inc. will lease up to 67 acres of prime farmland in Florence, MA for fall 2011 and/or early 2012 to farmers who share our vision of sustainable community farming. Our vision for the land includes: food production using organic practices for local markets, educational opportunities such as farm camps or school programs, and a high level of community engagement. We are looking for operations that complement our existing vegetable CSA farm,Crimson and Clover. The application deadline is August 15, 2011.
