Port Clyde Fresh Catch

I am the Island Institute's marketing cooperative coordinator, on contract to the Midcoast Fishermen's Association of Port Clyde, Maine. The seafood of the MFA is sold under the brand name Port Clyde Fresh Catch. Our customers are among the few people on this planet who know exactly where their seafood comes from: the icy waters off the coast of Maine. The locally harvested, wild-caught fish they purchase has traveled only a few miles before reaching area restaurants and other outlets. It’s a fresh, preservative-free product of the highest quality, caught in an environmentally conscious manner and handled with extreme care.

Purchasers of Port Clyde Fresh Catch seafood will also know that they are helping preserve one of the last remaining traditional fishing communities, supporting environmentally sustainable fishing, and strengthening the local economy.

Let me know if you'd like more information!

This is great fresh and local food work. Glad to know about it. Hope you'll use this site to promote and market any events or share any ideas and info about seafood and local involvement.
