What aspect of food and agriculture are you most passionate about?

I'm very interested in and passionate about developing a viable future for agriculture. I am a planner, and so, inordinately concerned with planning for the future. I am very interested in the effects that energy decline will have on ag production systems, as well as very concerned about preserving and building soil. I'm also intensely interested in the intersections between agriculture and public policy, and the interactions between agriculture and finance/economy.
