What aspect of food and agriculture are you most passionate about?

cooking, eating, and getting good food into the hands and stomachs of good people everywhere (but especially near and dear is the northeast region). I'm also interested in supporting small family farmers so they are able to keep on farming. I'm interested in the politics of food, and in food co-ops. And biodynamic agriculture.
