Hi there folks,

I'm working on developing a Food Hub on the Seacoast of NH with some colleagues and I am hoping to make some good connections with researches and universities to make some of the most pertinent information available to the seacoast community from the nutritional benefits of local food, local food demand in our region, farm-to-______ programs and their benefits, etc.  There is currently a UNH graduate student doing research to figure out the demand for local food from institutions, which is great. Any connections to folks interested in doing research to help support our project would be greatly appreciated!  Also, if you know of any studies that might be specifically relevant to the seacoast region, I'm looking for those as well.

Thanks so much and hope your year is going well!  Here's to a fruitful growing season.
