I thought this was interesting. The United Health Foundation, American Public Health Association and the Partnership for Prevention advocacy group have come out with their annual state-by-state rankings of the healthiest states and 5 of the top 10 are in the northeast.
The top 10 are in order: Vermont, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Utah, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Idaho and Maine.
If you’re curious, the least healthy are: Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Nevada and Georgia. Full article here:
