Event Description
6th annual Vermont grain growing conference featuring speakers Dr. Paul Hepperly, formerly of the Rodale Institute; Ron Rosmann, organic farmer and founding member of the Practical Farmers of Iowa; Cornell plant pathologist Gary Bergstromm; and Vermont organic grain farmers Jack Lazor, Brent Beidler, Ben Gleason. The conference will include results of recent grains research, farmer panels, and a baking and cooking demonstration track.
